Subject: Public Assurance of Non- Discrimination in Transit Service
It is our intent to ensure the general public is fully aware of Licking Bridge Builders Inc. Transportation commitment to a “Non- Discrimination Policy.” This policy is directed to all services and activities provided by Licking Bridge Builders Inc. and its personnel. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 provides citizens with very specific legal protections against discrimination based on race, color or national origin. Licking Bridge Builders Inc. commitment to comply with the Law is not only based on legal requirement, but more so, ” because it is the right thing to do.”
In instances where service users feel they aggrieved by unlawful discrimination while using Licking Bridge Builders Inc. services, Licking Bridge Builders Inc. has an internal complaint system that is available to you for filing complaints, all complaints will be fairly and objectively investigated.

Complaints can also be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, 1200 New Jersey SE, Washington, DC 20590.

Reservations for a ride needs to be made 24 hours in advance.
